Prisma Browser : Browser deployment policy not witheld on some Windows devices

Impact:

Customers using Prisma Access Browser on some Windows devices are unable to receive Browser deployment (update) policy updates for browser versions 149 and above. This prevents the deployment of the latest browser versions as defined in organizational policies, leaving affected devices on outdated versions. The impact is scoped to Windows environments running browsers version {{149.10.2.53-150.49.4.125}}.

Workaround:

We are working to cleanup the policy for these devices remotely (no user interaction required) and update them to the latest version of the browser.
